Athletes of the Week: Men's and Women's Basketball

Men's Women's CACC Championship Teams

The Athletes of the Week for the week ending March 8th go to the members of the Men's and Women's basketball teams after sweeping the CACC Championships this past weekend.

The men's team defeated Bloomfield College 63-56 to take the title while the women defeated Wilmington University 72-63 in their championship game.

Both teams now advance to the NCAA Divison II Regional Tournament. The men take on #1 seeded C.W. Post on March 14th and the women play #1 seeded Franklin Pierce on March 13th.
