Fall Athletes Lend Helping Hand

Philadelphia, PA- On Friday, August 22nd, Philadelphia University saw the newest members of their community move onto campus.

Freshman were greeted by members of the Philadelphia University fall sports teams to help ease the move-in process. The teams volunteered their time to help the freshman move their things into Ravenhill Campus dormitories, moving in anything from new computers to bed furnishings.

Classes officially began on Monday, August 25th, for all students. The fall athletic season kicks off Thursday, August, 28th, when field hockey travels to East Stroudsburg State University for a 4:30 p.m. start.
