    NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Senior Brandon Quaranta of the Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) baseball team was featured in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference’s Live By It this week. Four student-athletes from Jefferson were asked about the best piece of advice they have received and how they apply that piece of advice every day. Below are Quaranta’s responses.

    Former Rams’ baseball player Fernando Garza (’16) was named the 2017 Pecos League Pacific Division Hitter of the Year by the Pecos League, a professional independent baseball league.

    CLEVELAND – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) Athletic Department had 76 student-athletes named 2016-17 recipients of the Academic Achievement Award by the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA).
  • Baseball’s Quaranta Named Second Team Summer Collegiate All-American

    CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Senior Brandon Quaranta (Poughkeepsie, N.Y. / Arlington) of the Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) baseball team was named a 2017 Perfect Game/Rawlings Summer Collegiate All-American on Thursday. Quaranta was selected to the All-America Second Team.

  • Former Ram Abraham Almonte Selected to Pioneer League All-Star Game

    SPOKANE, Wash. – Former Ram Abraham Almonte was selected to the Pioneer League All-Star Game for his performance in the first half of the short-seasoned, Rocky Mountain-based rookie league. Almonte will be one of three to represent the Missoula Osprey on the North Division roster.
