Women’s Golf Earns First Program Win Over Arcadia, Franklin & Marshall in Saturday Tri-Match

LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's golf team defeated Arcadia and Franklin & Marshall in a tri-match from the ACE Club in Lafayette Hill, Pa. on Saturday in the program's second-ever match.

It came as the first win for the Rams and head coach Dave Nevatt in the program's inaugural season.

As a squad, the Rams turned in a score of 383. Franklin & Marshall finished one stroke behind at 384. Arcadia shot 403.

Freshman Kinley Lingenfelter was the medalist with a total round of 80 behind a front nine of 41 and a back nine of 39.
