Dena Noiseux Named to 2017 CACC Women’s Soccer Championship All-Tournament Team

LAKEWOOD, N.J. – Sophomore Dena Noiseux of the Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's soccer team was named to the 2017 CACC Women's Soccer Championship All-Tournament Team on Sunday evening after the conclusion of the conference championship at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J.

The No 5-seeded Rams fell to No. 4-seeded Goldey-Beacom on Tuesday, Oct. 31 in Wilmington, Del. in the CACC Quarterfinals. The sophomore scored first in the 2-1 overtime loss when Noiseux buried a 30-yard blast inside the top right corner past the Goldey-Beacom keeper.

The Lightning would go on to tie it up later in the first half before scoring in the 97th minute in overtime to end Jefferson's season.

The Goldey-Beacom Lightning fell to eventual champion No. 1-seeded Georgian Court in the semifinals.
