13 Rams Named to 2017 CACC Women’s Soccer All-Academic Team

2017 CACC Women's Soccer All-Academic Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – 13 members of the Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's soccer team were named to the 2017 CACC Women's Soccer All-Academic Team on Tuesday morning. The news was announced by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference office.

With 13 honorees, Jefferson had the most in the conference. Following the Rams were Chestnut Hill (9), Georgian Court (8) and Goldey-Beacom (7).

In order to be named to a CACC All-Academic Team, recipients must have: (1) participated in a CACC-sponsored championship sport, (2) be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, (3) been a student-athlete at their current school for at least two semesters and (4) achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the preceding semester.
