BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's cross country team took eighth place at the 32-team, 271-competitor, six-kilometer Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University on Friday afternoon at the Goodman Campus Course.
The women raced in the Paul Short College Women White Race.
Freshman Jasmine Buckridge was the top Jefferson finisher for the third-straight event, finishing 38th overall with a time of 23:42 for a mile pace of 6:21 in the six-kilometer race.
Freshman Kali Safer finished in 63rd place with a time of 24:09 for a pace of 6:28.
Sophomore Nicole Stough crossed with a final time of 24:19, good for a 6:31 mile pace and 72nd place.
